What’s the cost of the programme?

It's only £14 for the 14 day challenge.  There are no hidden costs and no subscriptions.  It's a single £14 payment.

I've done the programme before.  Are the workouts and recipes the same?

Each time we run the programme we change approximately half of the workouts and recipes


I am a fussy eater. What if I don’t like the recipes?

The plan is extremely flexible so there is no need to eat anything you don’t enjoy. You get 14 breakfast, 14 lunch and 14 dinner recipes to choose from.  If you are a fussy eater or you have allergies or intolerances you can stick with the recipes that you enjoy and repeat them more regularly.

I don't have an activity tracker.  How will track my 14,000 daily steps?

Most smart phones have build in step counters.  If you have no way of tracking steps just make sure you are walking regularly throughout the day.  The step target is simply a guide to encourage you to move as much as you can.

I don't think I can drink 14 glasses of water in a day.  What if I can't do that?

Again, this is just a guide to encourage you to drink more water.  I've stated 14 glasses simply to keep the 14 theme for the programme.  14 small glasses is approx 2.8 litres which is close to the recommend daily amount for adults.

How long do I need to spare each week?

This challenge is quick, simple and effective. It won't take up much of your time. The workouts are 20 minutes long. The recipes vary from 5 mins to a couple of hours but you can repeat the quicker ones if you prefer.

I enjoy running/cycling/swimming/weight lifting etc. Can I still do this?

Yes, I encourage you to continue doing any other exercise you enjoy.

I’m vegan/vegetarian? Is this suitable?

It's suitable for vegetarians as there is an option for vegetarian recipe books when you sign up.  It is not recommended for anyone following a vegan diet.

Is this online or in a gym?

It’s an online programme so can be done from anywhere in the world.

Is this programme for men and women?

Yes, anyone over 16 years of age can participate in the challenge.

What happens after the 14 days?

I hope that you will want to continue on your fitness journey.  If so, and you would like further support I have a 10 week coaching programme or an app that you can use.

Do I have to be on facebook to take part?

No, the content is all delivered on a subscription website and an app.  The facebook group is optional if you enjoy a community.
